Role Overview

Duties and Responsibilities

_ Market Research & Stakeholder Mapping_

  • Build and manage a comprehensive stakeholder map for each country. Research and map internal, external, political, geographical, technology, and financial stakeholders that hold interest or influence over the success of the program;
  • Analyze and keep abreast of political and development trends in LATAM to identify and propose engagement and support based on priorities in the relevant geography, strategic areas of focus, and comparative advantage.

_ Cultivate Relationships_

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategy;
  • Establish strong, sustainable relationships with key political influencers, advisors, and experts in the region;
  • Act as a liaison between the client and the external stakeholders, facilitating communication and addressing concerns;
  • Represent the client at external meetings, conferences, and events to build client presence and credibility within the community;
  • Advocate for the client's interest through targeted outreach and relationshipbuilding activities.

_ Client Management_

  • Build a strong and productive relationship with our client;
  • Serve as the primary client contact and advocate for issues and requests;
  • Oversee client deliverables and ensure adherence to corporate service agreements;
  • Track, measure, and communicate clearly the progress of weekly/monthly initiatives to client, synthesize feedback and adjust plans accordingly;
  • Keep up to date with industry information which could provide value to our client.

_Project Management_

  • Developing a comprehensive program plan that outlines the scope, objectives, timeline, budget, resources, risks, and dependencies of the program;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between stakeholder engagements efforts and business objectives;
  • Facilitating clear and transparent communication among team members, stakeholders, and other relevant parties to ensure everyone is informed and aligned throughout the program lifecycle;
  • Track and report on stakeholder engagement metrics and outcomes to asses effectiveness and inform future strategies;
  • Managing changes to the program scope, schedule, or requirements, and ensuring that any changes are properly evaluated, approved, and implemented.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., International Relations, Business, Politics, or Communications).
  • Experience in program and project management.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder relations, government affairs, public affairs, or a similar role, with a demonstrated track record of successfully cultivating and managing relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive mindset ability to anticipate challenges and develop effective solutions.
  • Able to work in a fastpaced, highgrowth environment, adapting to changing priorities.
  • Good interpersonal and networking skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for meetings, events, and other engagements.
  • Knowledge and/or passion to learn about crypto currencies.
