In this role you will be facing different challenges such as:

As an Investigations analyst in Treasury Services Operations, you will be responsible for managing a queue of cases on daily basis.

Our team is part of the Back Office operations and we connect mainly with Clients, other banks, and Middle Office teams.

You will be required to investigate failed transactions and connect with other Banks and Clients to resolve different type of issues.

And these are some of the activities you will be responsible for:

Investigate failed FX outgoing transactions to other countries
Build and sustain strong relationships with Internal lines of business, shareholders and other departments
Ensure each issue is investigated, actioned and resolved in a timely manner and as per Business Standards
Identify and ensure the accurate and timely escalation of all inquiries when needed
Work with the business, technology, and operations to determine priorities, schedule of releases, and detail of the requirements for future enhancements/products

What do we ask for this position?

Previous experience in banking/customer service is preferred
Excellent written and oral English skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
BA or BS degree (Business, Foreign trade preferred)
