- Graduados y/o Estudiantes Avanzados de Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresas, Recursos Humanos, Relaciones Laborales, o carreras relacionadas, con fecha estimada de graduación máxima para diciembre 2024.
- +2 años de experiencia laboral en tareas relacionadas con la gestión de Recursos Humanos.
- Ingles: Nivel intermedio (B2).
- Manejo intermedio de herramientas de análisis de datos y presentaciones (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Disponibilidad para trabajar de lunes a viernes de forma híbrida (3 veces presencial) en nuestro Complejo Automotor Chevrolet ubicado en Alvear, Santa Fé, Argentina.
- Contar con experiencia en PowerBI o aplicación de análisis de datos.
- Conocimiento en idioma Portugués.
- Organización y planificación de tareas y tiempos.
- Proactividad y resolución de problemas.
- Comunicación y buen relacionamiento con clientes internos.
