Estamos buscando unx Account & Project Director
Alguien que →
+ Tenga experiencia en agencia de publicidad, agencia de marketing digital o startup (mínimo 5 años – excluyente)
+ Le interese trabajar en un equipo chico y multidisciplinario, ser parte de una agencia en crecimiento – esto es clave
+ Lidere la relación y comunicación con los 2 clientes/cuentas más importantes de la agencia (cerveza y vino – los nombres se develan en la entrevista).
+ Lidere los proyectos de clientes ocasionales/one-shot
+ Coordine la operación de los equipos internos, desde el brief hasta la entrega
+ Lidere y coordine a los equipos externos en proyectos que los requieran
+ Colabore con el director de la agencia en el los pitchs y presentaciones a nuevos clientes
+ Tenga un interés genuino por los proyectos creativos, las innovaciones en medios digitales y redes sociales
+ Tenga conocimiento o interés en metodologías modernas de trabajo (agile, scrum, etc)
+ Tenga buen manejo de presentaciones (orales y escritas)
+ Hable ingles
El trabajo por el momento es FULL TIME REMOTO, pero puede pasar a un régimen híbrido cuando termine esta pandemia horrenda.
