The Sandbox is looking to incorporate a Project Manager responsible for the coordination, implementation, control and completion of the project while remaining aligned with the strategy, commitments and goals of the organization set by Product Owners.


Responsibilities:


  • Help the Squad Leads (Product Owner and Tech Lead) to plan, keep track, and follow implementation of the tasks, until the completion of the Feature.
  • Help define project scope, goals and deliverables.
  • Help define Squad capacity needs, allocate resources.
  • Support and direct team, monitoring and report on project progress.
  • Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions.
  • Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs.

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Problemsolving and leadership skills.
  • Project planning, risk management, time management and other project management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software tools.
  • Conflict resolution experience.
Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with UGC games like Roblox, Minecraft, Core Games.
  • UX/Programming/Game development background.
