This position will be in charge of providing Cloud Support for external clients. This person will manage the support for a software developed by the company which is located in Azure platform.

  • Conduct handson demonstrations of Thinfinity's VDI and Cloud VDI solutions, highlighting realworld use cases and the unique advantages of Thinfinity's offerings.
  • Engage with potential customers to understand their requirements and challenges related to desktop virtualization and cloud computing.
  • Provide the sales team with the necessary technical knowledge and support for VDI and Cloud VDI solutions, joining customer meetings when necessary to provide expert insight and answer complex technical queries.
  • Assist customers in deploying Thinfinity's VDI and Cloud VDI solutions in their environment. Provide expert advice on VDI configuration settings, virtual network architecture, user access controls, and other key aspects of VDI implementation.
  • Advise customers on optimizing their virtual desktop infrastructure with Thinfinity's VDI and Cloud VDI solutions.
  • Support customers in integrating Thinfinity's VDI and Cloud VDI solutions with other systems, such as identity providers, network infrastructure, monitoring tools, or storage solutions.
  • Develop comprehensive training materials tailored to customers' needs and conduct training sessions to ensure that customers can effectively utilize Thinfinity's VDI and Cloud VDI solutions.
  • Collect and compile customer feedback regarding their experience with Thinfinity's VDI and Cloud VDI solutions and communicate this valuable information to the product development team.
This is a Hybrid position (3 days office / 2 days home) - The office is in Belgrano, CABA

Our client is an Argentine software development company, which was founded 20 years ago, they have a brand based in the United States since that is our main market: it is where the largest number of companies are looking for the type of solutions we provide.

They also work with Asia and Europe (50% United States, 50% divided into Asia, Europe and some LATAM clients).
They are dedicated to the development and commercialization of products related to remote access and desktop virtualization. They develop products related to these technologies and market them through licenses. All its products are business-oriented, that is, they are B2B products.


Requisitos:


  • 4+ years of prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) and cloud computing concepts.
  • Proficiency in Azure and/or other Cloud services
  • Attention to detail and good problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced English level, good written and verbal communication. You will be using it daily to engage with native customers.
