• Answering calls, screenings leads and scheduling appointments;
• Negotiating contract agreements for products and services;
• Providing clients case status updates
• Preparing and editing contracts between the company and potential clients;
• Responsible for assisting clients to terminate contracts on favorable terms;
• Clearly explain contract terminology to clients and other interested parties in simple, everyday language;

• Communication skills, especially persuasion to clearly convey the benefits of a product to potential clients;

• Proven work experience in as a sales representative for 1 year or more;
• Fluent in both English and Spanish;
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
