- Experiencia mayor a 2 años en la posición, con principal foco en el área soft.
- Se valorará experiencia en empresas logísticas.
- Implementar plan de capacitación.
- Selección de personal (experiencia en varios procesos en simultáneo).
- Dar soporte y realizar el seguimiento del proceso de evaluación de desempeño en cada período.
- Lanzar y seguir la encuesta de Clima Interno.
- Planes de acción de los datos emergentes de la encuesta.
- Comunicación interna (mantener activa la Intranet, comunicando novedades de ingresos, notas de interés, altas y cambios de puestos).
- Tareas administrativas del sector (Ej: Obra social, vacaciones, etc...)
- Cumplir y hacer cumplir las Normas de Seguridad e Higiene de la Compañía.
