What you will learn and contribute to

  • Identify and drive strategic partnerships and alliances with the likes of


  • Big tech companies

  • Hyperscalers
  • Global SI's
  • ISV's
  • Identify the areas of mutual business benefits and create a joint framework to approach these areas
  • Identify accounts which are nonconflicting but help the best use of ground resources of both Nokia & the Partner organization.
  • Create an execute a joint GTM plan to create awareness amongst the potential accounts along with the Field alliance leader, who can then follow the opportunity created.
  • Facilitate & coordinate.

  • Sales Enablement in both Nokia & partner organization in the field
  • All opportunities in the field
  • Facilitate, establish and manage joint business planning governance and day to day activities
  • Establish relationships with partner resources in multiple areas including support, product, sales, marketing, etc., to drive effective GTM relationship
  • Identify areas for direct investment in CNS based on partner strategy (e.g. R&D, Dev Labs etc)
  • Drive improvements to partner commercial arrangements (partnering with supply chain)
  • Work across CNS to garner the appropriate resources: people; collateral; positioning; use cases; best practices; etc. to ensure alliance technical objectives are being met
  • Showcase CNS through events and social media such as speaking at conferences, through webinars, recorded videos
  • Prepare and give business reviews to CNS and partner senior leader.

Your skills and experience

  • Bachelor ́s degree or equivalent experience required
  • At least 15 years of progressive professional experience, in Channel/Partner Management, Business Development, GTM Strategy, Product management or solution engineering & Program Management.
  • Aware of the trends in the Telecom Industry and the Technological advancements.
  • Skilled at Executive level interaction and presentation
  • Creative 'out of the box' thinker.
  • Exceptional work ethic, the ability to work independently, selfmotivated, driven and a strong desire to succeed.
  • Good understanding of the partner alliance mode of operation of the stand along software vendors
  • Knowledge of Telecom/Networking Infrastructure (Core, IMS, RAN, NFV/SDN, 5G), IoT, Cloud, Edge Cloud and Data Center/hosting & hosted OSS/BSS Solutions
  • Knowledge of Nokia's CNS, MN, Fixed Networks, ION & GS product portfolio.
  • Endtoend negotiation experience, including identifying, developing, and executing successful partnerships including strategic technology relationships
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation and writing skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts and influence others internally and externally
  • The ability to work effectively at all levels within a highgrowth, fastpaced environment and drive results
  • A passion for customer service with contagious enthusiasm and energy
  • Ability to negotiate and build strong business partnerships both outside and within the organization
