In AES we are looking for a Sr. Indirect Category Buyer to join to our Team

Responsibilities:

Managing and oversees the CapEx and OpEx for all the categories among his/her/they scope.
Define the category strategies that are under control and look after the sourcing activities his/her/they team is managing.
Lead the strategic sourcing initiatives and optimization projects for the Category in the region.
Collaboration with supplier enablement team, analytics and sourcing support for categories.
Develop & execute Global Sourcing Strategy for the categories under your scope by interacting with key partners, analyzing markets and deliver endtoend category management practices across all America's region.
Develop and handle sourcing plans and lifecycle contract aligned to your key stakeholders.
Execute sourcing approach working closely with operations team and wider Procurement team.
Strategic review by partnering with your stakeholders and cross functional areas.

Required Skills:

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Supply Chain.
Advanced level of English. 4+ years in Sourcing/Procurement in agile teams.
Experience leading and supporting multiple contracts.
Exceptional negotiation, organizational, communication, decision making/problem solving, analytical, relationship and time management skills.
Proven knowledge of standard methodologies and principles of Sourcing.
Deep understanding of pricing intelligence and pricing models in different geographies/markets (global markets)
Bidmanagement experience & contracting experience.
Tactical & Strategical thinking, outstanding analytical skills and fantastic interpersonal approach is must.
