You will

Lead a team of analytics engineers to design, develop, and maintain data products to enable deep understanding in customer profiles and customer pain points, which can help identify the opportunities to improve our financial and digital products
Work closely with stakeholders, product, business, and tech team to design and development the company's customer data center, which can enable personalized customer experience for our digital and financial products
Explore and discover various upstream data sources that can be used by business and product team to get deep understanding in customer's profiles and experiences, building prototype data product to quickly showcase the business values
Collaborate with tech and engineer team team to design and develop the large scale customer features datasets, as well as realtime customer event log data pipelines
Build and manage a high performance analytics engineering team to ensure highquality deliverables
Help set companywide standards for data marts regarding structure, quality and expectations

Requirements:

Experience:
8+ years of experience as an analytics engineer, data engineers, data scientists or equivalent
8+ years of experience in digital product analytics
8+ years of designing and managing data models and batch production data pipelines
4+ years of data analytics/engineer/scientists team management
Skills and attitudes
Expert in SQL, git and a programming language (ie Python, Java, etc)
5+ years of experience with Snowflake/Redshift and dbt
5+ years of experience with CI/CD and DataOps best practices
5+ years of experience in data product development and management
Creative, resourceful, and enthusiastic about seeking new solutions to problems and opportunities
Bonus Points:
5+ years of experience in building customer data center
5+ years of experience in building data product for fintech companies
Experience with Airflow or other data pipeline orchestration tools
Experience in realtime data pipeline development
