Primary Responsibilities:
(Under the supervision of the Training Manager)
Deliver virtual training for new and existing clients.
Manage the existing training programs.
Conduct train-the-trainer sessions to ensure that others can teach training content.
Perform maintenance on existing training materials.
Abilities:
Ability to effectively collaborate with others and establish strong working relationships throughout the organization. Proficiency in the use of MS Office Suite.
Ability to work well with mínimal supervision. Experience in a training delivery role.
Experience with virtual instructor-led training tools (Zoom, CRM, Calendly)
Necessary Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical and strategic thinking. Problem-solving skills. Primary and secondary research skills. Result-oriented attitude. Attention to detail. Prioritization and multi-tasking skills.
Work as an Independent Contractor must have access to the Internet with good speed.
8-hour shift (Central Daylight Time)
Monday through Friday
