About You
You are looking for a full-time remote position.

You are excited about working with a high-growth global team (US, Europe, Asia) providing eCommerce Marketing and Amazon Seller services.


You will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth and revenue by effectively communicating our range of e-commerce marketing solutions to potential clients over the phone.

Your primary responsibility will be to initiate outbound calls, engage with prospects, and generate leads via cold calling for our marketing services offerings.

You're a quick learner with a desire to adapt to an ever-changing industry. Your time management is a strength—you prioritize leads with higher potential and closing rates. You can work independently, staying focused and on-task in a remote work environment.


You can set goals and establish realistic deadlines in collaboration with other team members, test iteratively (we love to test), and achieve measurable results for our agency.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to USbased prospects to introduce and educate them about our ScaledOn Marketing Services
  • Qualify leads during the phone call to determine whether they are the right fit
  • Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer's requirements
  • Conduct research to find company names, contact information (including phone number), titles, etc.
  • Maintain and organize the leads database and track accurate records of interactions and outcomes, along with timely record logging in CRM.
  • Handson experience using VoIP phone systems
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments to meet your weekly/monthly target via cold calling to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to transfer qualified leads for further sales processes.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and our company's marketing solutions to provide accurate information to prospects and effectively handle common objections.
  • Achieve daily and weekly call volume targets and lead generation targets.

Mandatory Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • A minimum of 2 years of handson experience as a cold caller or similar role, preferably in the advertising/marketing services industry, is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident and calm demeanor.
  • Basic understanding of eCommerce Marketing services, solutions, Amazon seller platform, etc, and marketplaces.
  • Goaloriented and disciplined mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Good command over sales CRM software.
  • Any additional certifications in inside sales are advantageous.
  • Work in the US shift (preferably EST/CST) for realtime cold calling and CRM data logging.
  • Strong ability to multitask, prioritize & follow processes.

Pay:
$12, $17,300.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
