The RoleApply Digital is looking for a Product Consultant to join our Managed Services Commerce team, supporting a portfolio of enterprise ecommerce clients.

This role is ideal for a product professional who thrives on optimizing live environments and delivering immediate results.

You will be the strategic force behind the ongoing success of clients' ecommerce platforms, focusing on live product challenges, high-impact enhancements, issue resolution, and guiding product evolution.

You'll partner with clients to understand evolving needs, translate requests into clear requirements, and advise on maximizing the value of Managed Services retainers.

You'll work with Project Managers and Technical Leads to balance urgent fixes with strategic improvements so releases add value and keep ecommerce operations running smoothly.

ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary product contact for your client portfolio, building trusted relationships and understanding each client's ecommerce operations.
Advise clients on how to best use their Managed Services retainer for maximum impact, balancing fixes, enhancements, and optimizations.
Provide recommendations on prioritization based on business value, urgency, and technical feasibility.
Share insights on ecommerce best practices, performance improvements, and quick-win opportunities.
Requirements3–5+ years in a product management or similar role, with direct experience in ecommerce and digital platforms.
Proven ability to manage continuous delivery environments, focusing on maintenance and enhancements rather than large-scale builds.
Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms (CommerceTools, BigCommerce, Shopify Plus, or similar) and related systems (CMS, loyalty, identity, personalization tools).

Excellent requirements gathering, backlog management, and prioritization skills.
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, multi-client contexts with shifting priorities.
Proficiency with Jira/Confluence, Google Suite, and Miro; familiarity with analytics tools is a plus.
Strong communication and facilitation skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Familiarity with incident management and support workflows.
Professional certifications such as CSPO or similar.
