Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and highquality lectures to students studying Electrical & Electronic Engineering at Level 3 (including BTEC and T Levels).
Develop and deliver comprehensive course material that aligns with the curriculum objectives.
Utilize various teaching methods, such as lectures, demonstrations, practical sessions, and workshops to enhance students' learning experience.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to facilitate their academic development.
Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve the curriculum, incorporating the latest industry trends and advancements.
Mentor and guide students, encouraging their interest in Electrical & Electronic Engineering and inspiring them to pursue further studies or careers in the field.
Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry practices, and educational methodologies relevant to Electrical & Electronic Engineering.

Requirements:

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree or higher is preferred.
Prior experience in teaching or lecturing, particularly at the Level 3 or higher education level, is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Demonstrated passion for teaching and mentoring students, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the continuous improvement of the curriculum.
Commitment to staying updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and educational methodologies.
