    Key Responsibilities

    • Own inventory accuracy and performance across all 3PLs and warehouses.
    • Monitor inventory levels and prevent stockouts, backorders, and partial orders.
    • Ensure FIFO / FEFO, lot tracking, aging control, and cycle counts are consistently executed.
    • Partner with Demand Planning and Supply Chain to manage coverage, overstock, and aging inventory.
    • Work closely with Finance to ensure accurate inventory and COGS, and support audits.
    • Lead inventory reconciliation efforts between 3PLs, ERP, and sales channels (including Amazon).
    • Support NetSuite improvements, acting as the inventory subject matter expert.
    • Improve inventory reporting, dashboards, and KPIs with the BI team.
    • Drive process improvements and automation to reduce manual work and errors.
    • Coordinate inventory readiness for promotions and launches with Marketing and Commercial teams.
    • Strong experience in inventory management and warehouse / 3PL operations.
    • Hands‑on experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
    • Proven ability to analyze inventory data, identify issues, and drive corrective actions.
    • Solid understanding of inventory accuracy, reconciliation, aging, and stock controls.
    • Experience partnering with cross‑functional teams (Supply Chain, Finance, Ops, BI).
    • Comfortable owning processes end‑to‑end in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
    • Clear communication skills with both internal teams and external vendors.
    Nice to Have


    • Experience in beauty, CPG, or DTC / e-commerce environments.
    • Exposure to inventory audits and financial close processes.
    • Experience with Amazon inventory reconciliation or multi‑channel fulfillment.
    • Background in process automation, AI tools, or advanced reporting.
    • Experience supporting ERP implementations or enhancements.
