Responsibilities:


  • Obtain and manage preauthorizations from insurance providers for medical procedures and services.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries
  • Continuously improve customer service skills and product knowledge
  • Ensure patient demographics are accurate in our system, making necessary updates as required.
  • Ensure timely payments and maintain accurate billing records.
  • Promptly respond to incoming calls, ensuring professional and courteous communication.
  • Verify insurance coverage details for clients using the appropriate tools and platforms.

Requirements:


  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service
  • Must possess excellent communication skills with mínimal accent.
  • Ability to stay calm and handle highstress situations.
  • Efficiently manage time to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
  • Previous experience or knowledge in the medical field is considered a significant plus.
