Responsibilities:
- Obtain and manage preauthorizations from insurance providers for medical procedures and services.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries
- Continuously improve customer service skills and product knowledge
- Ensure patient demographics are accurate in our system, making necessary updates as required.
- Ensure timely payments and maintain accurate billing records.
- Promptly respond to incoming calls, ensuring professional and courteous communication.
- Verify insurance coverage details for clients using the appropriate tools and platforms.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service
- Must possess excellent communication skills with mínimal accent.
- Ability to stay calm and handle highstress situations.
- Efficiently manage time to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
- Previous experience or knowledge in the medical field is considered a significant plus.
