    Dynamic Tax Reporting Analyst

    We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Tax Reporting Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Outsourcing Delivery team, you will play a vital role in supporting major financial institutions and multi-national corporations around the world with their tax reporting needs.

    Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and conduct tax document return and transmittal examinations, ensuring completeness and accuracy based on operational standards and regulatory requirements. You will also serve as a client relationship lead for tax reporting processes, handling day-to-day account review processes and urgent escalations in a professional and timely manner.

    In addition, you will provide subject matter expertise on applicable statutes, tax authority guidance, and general industry approaches and best practices. You will work closely with clients and their account holders to address tax compliance and remediation requests in accordance with IRS regulations and company protocol.

    You will also be responsible for monitoring legislative and regulatory developments impacting withholding and reporting requirements. Additionally, you will participate in client status conferences to discuss generation progress and process questions.

    To succeed in this role, you must have excellent analytical and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. You should be able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure while maintaining a high level of flexibility.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate and conduct tax document return and transmittal examinations
    • Serve as client relationship lead for tax reporting processes
    • Provide subject matter expertise on applicable statutes and tax authority guidance
    • Address tax compliance and remediation requests
    • Monitor legislative and regulatory developments

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree REQUIRED (or higher)
    • 1-3 years related experience
    • Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
    • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
