Descripción:Job Description DUTIES & RESPONSABILITIES Work closely with the Commercial Excellence Director, Cluster Director & GMs to create and monitor Training and Development strategies that seek to ensure the effectiveness of the direct sales force and the DSR's focus of the key Distributors on acquisition, penetration/ retention, and loyalty process according to the priorities and strategic objectives of the business. Work closely with CMI & CRM to align the standards and monitoring of the pipeline management to ensure the successful adoption of ways of working with Salesforce by commercial teams Develop and execute all the geografic assignments & the Specific strategy role assigned to ensure the sales enablement of CAE & DSRs in LAO Build, lead and guarantee the implementation of the Training and Development Plan for KCP Executives and distributors who sell on our behalf seeking to improve their commercial skills Assure the execution of LSW with GMs, Directors & sales leaders about Performance and Productivity Review of the local sales team. Lead and execute the field accompaniment to Sales Leaders, guaranteeing their internal certification in the field accompaniament process. Develop and guarantee compliance with the Recognition Plan: KimberSkills Awards in the Commercial Teams in charge, achieving the active participation of the sales force Closely partner with HR and commercial leaders to actively participate in the selection processes of new Sales Leaders Maximize the sharing of best practices/applications mapping in the cluster with the support of the LAO organization in order to accelerate our penetration and evolution of a culture that uses our value proposition. ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE The qualified candidate should be able to take commercial experience, KCP knowledge, and translate that into effective training programs to build our sellers ability to represent KCP products, platforms, and services. Extensive experience developing and delivering sales trainings programs. Superior interpersonal skills that enable the incumbent to work easily across a breadth of cultures and depth of levels. Demonstrated success in professional selling skills, presentation skills, KCP products and solutions knowledge and time management. Proven experience in deploying successful communication strategies and plans at Sales Manager, Sales Rep, Channel and Consumer level. An intimate understanding of KC code of conduct, business processes and methodologies. 5 + years Sales Management and Capability experience preferred Undergraduate degree. Graduate Business or Social Sciences studies preferred. Ability to work under no direct supervision with a creative flair for identifying and implementing the right solution. Solid knowledge of PC based applications. Salesforce.com experience is a must. Location: In any major international city in Latin America with a KC regional or country headquarter.
