Position Overview:

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting potential new clients in the immigration law and consulting industries in the US and Canada to generate qualified leads for our immigration business plans.

Drive business growth by building strong relationships within the immigration industry and ensuring a steady flow of leads for our sales team.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and target immigration lawyers and consultants in the US and Canada to generate qualified leads for immigration business plans.
  • Serve as an outbound sales representative, prospecting, following up, and passing on qualified leads to other sales agents who will convert them into new customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies that resonate with the target audience, effectively promoting the value of our immigration business plans.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to establish a strong presence, network with key stakeholders, and build relationships within the immigration law and consulting sectors.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals.

Task Responsibilities:


  • Manage and utilize CRM tools effectively to track and manage leads and customer interactions.
  • Create reports detailing sales activities, progress, and results for review by the management team.
  • Conduct B2B calls to engage potential clients and introduce our immigration business plan services.
  • Close contracts and facilitate smooth transitions for clients as they move through the sales process.
  • Manage and nurture partnerships with immigration lawyers, consultants, and other industry professionals.
  • At least 23 years of handson experience in sales and business development.
  • Bachelor's or College degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Bilingual: Spanish and/or Portuguese spoken and written, both are a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Proven track record of sales success in the legal industry or a similar field is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Selfmotivated and targetdriven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Computer savvy, with a demonstrable ability to learn new programs quickly (experience with Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, and Hubspot is a plus).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, flexible team player.
  • Customeroriented and resultsdriven.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.
