We are currently looking for
Projects Coordinators to join our team.


What you ́ll do
Be a part of one of our largest clients coordinating projects, managing, and tracking information. Prioritize requirements and suggest improvements to the team and the PMs. You will be reporting to the stakeholders in a weekly basis and help them to be on track.

People with initiative and responsibility, who have good diction and excellent treatment with the client. We will assess those who have a technical profile or related experience in the role.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Be able to coordinate with the Program Managers collecting process data and helping create business requirement documents.
  • Create several documents and weekly reports, track and analyze the requirements in a fastpaced environment.

Necessary skills and experience required:


  • 13 years of experience as project coordinator.
  • Organizational, reporting and stakeholders management skills.
  • Team player with excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Experience with any Project Management tracking tools. (Asana, Trello, Jira)
  • Self
- management skills

  • Language Skills: Advanced English

What are we looking for?
We are currently looking for a Trilingual Support Agent with French profile to join our Support team


Required skills:


  • Intermediate/advanced level of English: Written and oral
  • Perfect writing (no grammatical or spelling errors).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into customer friendly instructions.
  • Punctuality and commitment
  • Proactivity, patience, responsibility, attention to detail and independence.
  • Problem solving skills that are not documented in detail, using critical thinking.

Responsibilities:

You will have different types of responsibilities related to:

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support to it.
  • Provide accurate and complete information to clients using the correct tools and methods.
  • Be aligned with procedures, policies and guidelines
  • Document all the necessary information according to each interaction with the client.
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards the client and coworkers at all times.
