By showing companies the business case for mitigating water risk, Waterplan will accelerate their transition to a world where companies are incentivized to save more water, abate the discharge of polluting effluents, conserve watersheds and preserve shared value.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Customer Success Support Analytics to join our Customer Success Team.

You will be working in a fully remote distributed team across multiple disciplines at a science-oriented company.

About your core focus:


Some things you'll enjoy tackling:


  • Prepare presentation materials for our customers and the customer success team.
  • Develop training videos and content to support the Waterplan platform.
  • Understand and communicate the use cases and risk framework, with constant communication with crossfunctional teams.
  • Handle onboarding and internal communications within the customer success team.
  • Manage sales dashboards to track and analyze customer success metrics.
  • Assist the platform in addressing customer concerns and issues.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Continuously improve processes and strategies to drive customer success.
  • Project management skills to ensure the success of customer success initiatives.

Qualifications:


  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with sales dashboard management and data analysis.
  • Experience in customer success, customer service, or related fields.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Experience creating online training materials and videos for platforms such as Digital House, Crehana, and Coderhouse is a plus.
  • Project management skills, including the ability to set and meet goals and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication both in English and Spanish.
