You will be working in a fully remote distributed team across multiple disciplines at a science-oriented company.

Some things you'll enjoy tackling:
- Prepare presentation materials for our customers and the customer success team.
- Develop training videos and content to support the Waterplan platform.
- Understand and communicate the use cases and risk framework, with constant communication with crossfunctional teams.
- Handle onboarding and internal communications within the customer success team.
- Manage sales dashboards to track and analyze customer success metrics.
- Assist the platform in addressing customer concerns and issues.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Continuously improve processes and strategies to drive customer success.
- Project management skills to ensure the success of customer success initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with sales dashboard management and data analysis.
- Experience in customer success, customer service, or related fields.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Experience creating online training materials and videos for platforms such as Digital House, Crehana, and Coderhouse is a plus.
- Project management skills, including the ability to set and meet goals and deadlines.
- Excellent communication both in English and Spanish.
