Ad Growth Specialist [Business & Data Lover]

The Growth team is responsible for developing and executing advanced growth strategies to help mobile companies worldwide achieve their goals by improving and conducting A/B experiments on essential campaign components like audiences, creatives, and more.

If you have experience working on the advertiser side, DSP, or similar and are eager to apply that knowledge while gaining a deeper understanding of the industry, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

This team collaborates closely with our Revenue team to run the business efficiently and implement every campaign by utilizing our technology to the fullest, with the ultimate aim of delivering exceptional results for our customers.

Jampp offers remote work for this role, allowing you to work from anywhere in Argentina.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our mobile marketing campaigns using Jampp's ML programmatic tools
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager to align campaigns with customers' goals, design strategies for customer retention and growth
  • Provide regular feedback on campaign performance and key insights for decision-making
  • Analyze data to make actionable recommendations, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with teams for successful campaign management

WHAT WE LOOK FOR
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • +2 years of experience in growth or performance marketing, with mobile/performance campaign experience as a bonus
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL experience is advantageous
  • Hands-on approach, excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical capabilities
  • Proactive team player with adaptability to a fast-growing tech environment
  • Ambitious self-starter with a positive attitude and competence
