We are looking for
Service Desk Agents with an advanced level of Portuguese and English to join our teams in competitive projects.


We do we value:


  • Advanced level of Portuguese and English (Is a must)
  • Experience and Knowledge in similar position (1 to 3 years of experience working as L1 support desk analyst / Field Support) (Is a plus)
  • ITIL methodology (Nice to Have)

Key responsibilities:


  • Learn fundamental operations of commonly used software, hardware, and other equipment.
  • Follow standard Service Desk operating procedures; accurately log all Service Desk tickets using the defined tracking software.
  • Become familiar with helpdesk policies and services.
  • Become familiar with the Systems, Network, Database, Desktop Engineers, programmers, developers, and each team in the IT Department.
