We are looking for:

Reporting to the Procurement Sustainability growth & innovation Director as part of the Syensqo BSA Procurement, the Procurement Sustainability Analyst will be in charge of supporting the sustainable procurement ambition on the social pillar with a strong focus on labor and human rights.

We count on you for:


Key activities include:

• Lead campaigns for Supplier 3rd party assessments (Ecovadis assessments and TFS audits) and support buyers and suppliers for the Ecovadis/TFS onboarding process
• Participate to TFS (Together For Sustainability) workstreams and develop new initiatives according to Group needs
• Lead the ESG risk approach focusing on Human Rights in the Supply Chain in close collaboration with Corporate compliance:
• Support to the implementation of the ESG risk management process, focusing on high risk value chains/high risk countries
• Monitor the supplier mitigation action plans in collaboration with buyers and Corporate Compliance
• Monitor our supply chain due diligence process
• Develop and lead programs related to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and living wages in the supply chain in collaboration with Corporate Sustainability

You will bring:


Desired Experience:

• Seniority 3 years minimum
• Experience in sustainability is a plus.
• Experience in Operations, Business or Innovation

• Organizational & Planning skills
• Experience in quality or data management
• Engagement, enthusiasm and ability to build & animate a network / community, keeping people engaged

• English is mandatory.
