We are a US-based education company with a mission to better prepare our young generation to thrive in an increasingly challenging and complex society in the world of artificial intelligence (AI), big data and Internet of Things (IoT) by teaching them both software and hardware coding, big data and AI projects.

We teach thousands of students from around the US and the world.


Our program offers year-round coding and AI classes that students can take from the convenience of their home with live and interactive instruction.

We use modern approaches for teaching modern concepts to young minds.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, CS, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of customer service or related experience (in English)
  • Methodical person with strong attention to detail
  • Confident and friendly voice for phone conversations
  • Takes responsibility and initiative to provide excellent customer service
  • Able to quickly and efficiently resolve customer issues, class emergencies and parent communication
  • Multitasker that is able to prioritize in a fast paced environment
  • Able to learn new technology quickly
  • Works well with others and proactively jumps in to support teammates

Pay:
$100, $180,000.00 per month


Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

Customer Service Representative: 2 years (preferred)

  • Digital marketing: 1 year (preferred)

Language:


  • English (preferred)
Expected Start Date: 05/10/2023
