The purpose of this position is to support the deployment of OPEN+ across the factory in line with PMI OPEN+ strategy, consolidate and align IOS deployment coordinating RTT affiliate teams and pillar teams.

Monitor the impact of OPEN+ deployment in what concerns capability building and business impact. Act as member on the 4 pillars maximum, training and coaching all employees. Work with close relationship with communication representative in the design of the factory OPEN+ communication strategy.

Your 'day to day'

  • Ensure full compliance with local legislation and company policies and practices. Adhere to all Environment, Health and Safety (Sustainability) rules, policies and practices.
  • Keep assigned work areas clean and orderly.
  • Take an active part in sustainability programs. Inform the superior immediately about all violations of Sustainability requirements, take appropriate measures for their elimination.
  • Organize business processes at assigned work area in compliance with Sustainability rules, policies and procedures. Evaluate risks at workplaces, take appropriate measures for risks reduction.
  • Organize timely trainings for subordinates on safety working methods and practices. Conduct safety instruction, safety traineeship, and safety knowledge assessment for subordinates in case as required by applicable legislation.
  • Ensure working conditions in department (division) in compliance with norms defined by local legislation. Ensure all subordinates adhere to all applicable Sustainability rules, policies and procedures.
  • Support the OPEN+ implementation and deployment in the affiliate according to the defined region OPEN+ deployment strategy in order to ultimately establish an IOS.
  • Full accountability and governance of the OPEN+ deployment and sustainability of the system within the affiliate. Ensure all methods, standards and processes within affiliate are fully in line with the global standards and aligned with the region deployment team.
Who we're looking for

  • Bachelor or Master degree, Ideally Engineering (Industrial, mechanical, etc),
  • Spanish Fluent
  • English Fluent
  • Experience of using Microsoft Office
  • Ability to effectively prioritize competing needs
  • Strategic thinking, agility, impact, leading teams
