As a Customer Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work remotely, providing exceptional service to our clients in the home improvement/service business.

We're looking for experienced professionals who can use their expertise to provide excellent service to our clients. They should be able to confidently handle customer inquiries and complaints, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve them promptly.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Set appointments with our prospects and existing clients
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Provide accurate and complete information to customers about our products and services
  • Work with the sales team to convert inquiries into sales opportunities
  • Continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge of company products and services
  • Collect customer feedback to improve the sales and SOPs

Key Qualifications:


  • Proven 2+ years of customer support experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a remote environment
  • Proficient (or near native) English skills

Pay:
$150, $273,000.00 per month
