Business Analyst tojoin our team The project is within the
Financial industry and is based in
New York.

It provides support from industry experts and thought leaders, helping its subsidiaries empower with a next generation set of tools, services and capabilities that support their growth and enable them to prosper in a digitally connected and constantly evolving financial environment.

Basic Qualifications

Intermediate/Advanced English skills.
Strong communication skills.
Selfstarter, fast learner and flexible to support new technologies.
Ability to thrive in a team environment.
Quick learner with ability to adapt to changing environment.
Hands on style with strong problemsolving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
Strong customer service orientation.

Requirements:

Experience in a Business Analyst role or demonstrated advanced use of Excel, SQL or other data manipulation software.
Experience working under Scrum Methodology, be able to perform as Scrum Master.
Be able to manage the business requirements in an agile way, with a focus on the dynamic process to improve its evolution as needs arise.
Ability to test software products manually.

Nice to have

Have an adaptive and flexible profile to be able to perform in the best way in the company's processes.
Would be ideal to have experience in different types of industries to be able to cover the greatest number of needs satisfactorily.
