Job Description


We're on the hunt for a Videographer & Motion Designer who lives and breathes visuals. Someone who's just as happy behind the camera as they are inside Premiere crafting sharp edits or animating eye catching motion graphics. You'll be working side by side with our Creative Director. He sets the macro direction, tone, and creative strategy. You bring those ideas to life, shooting, editing, animating, polishing, and delivering content that actually makes people stop scrolling.

This is a hands on role where you'll touch everything: planning shoots, filming in the wild, directing talent, capturing photos, building edits, crafting motion design, and keeping our visual universe consistent and fresh. If your brain lights up at the thought of switching between camera operator, editor, photographer, animator, and problem solver… you'll fit right in.

And yep, a little adventure comes with the job. You'll be traveling internationally around 4 to 6 times a year to capture content on site. Airports, new cultures, interviews in random places, and filming in unexpected situations, it's all part of the fun.

Responsibilities


Video Production & Direction

  • Execute creative concepts provided by the Creative Director, ensuring visual consistency and storytelling alignment.

  • Plan, shoot, and produce high quality video content for marketing, employer branding, and social platforms.

  • Set up lighting, audio, and technical gear to ensure smooth and professional on set performance.

  • Direct on camera talent when needed.

Post Production & Motion Design

  • Edit videos end to end, including pacing, color adjustments, transitions, audio balancing, and sound design.

  • Create polished motion graphics, animated assets, lower thirds, and branded visual elements.

  • Maintain consistency with brand identity and follow creative guidelines established by the Creative Director.

Photography

  • Capture photography for campaigns, events, branding materials, and team portraits.

  • Edit and deliver high resolution photos with strong attention to color, sharpness, and composition.

  • Help maintain an organized media library for future use.

Project Management & Workflow Organization

  • Own the full production pipeline, including planning, scheduling, file management, versioning, and delivering final assets.

  • Keep projects well structured using clear naming conventions, folders, and templates.

  • Communicate frequently with the Creative Director to provide updates, align on direction, and ensure deadlines are met.

Creative Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Creative Director to understand creative objectives and convert them into compelling visual outputs.

  • Bring technical suggestions, visual references, or workflow improvements that support the creative vision.

  • Stay current on trends in videography, editing, motion design, and content formats.

Travel

  • Travel internationally 4 to 6 times per year for on site video and photo production.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a videographer, video editor, or motion designer.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing video production, editing, and motion design work.

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.

  • Solid photography skills, including lighting, composition, and editing (Lightroom or Photoshop).

  • Advanced English required for communication, travel, and collaboration with the global team.

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

  • Ability to independently execute projects while following creative direction.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with non creatives.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • Experience in fast paced or multinational environments.

  • Familiarity with AI assisted video or editing workflows.

  • Experience creating optimized content for social platforms (short form, vertical video, etc.).

  • Basic knowledge of on set audio capture and audio cleanup.
