We are looking for an Infraestructure Support Specialist with experience managing support with Ms. Intune Technologies. It is expecting to have at least 2 years, managing this technology. This person will be in charge to deliver support to USA clients of the company.


Time Schedule:
Monday to Friday - 8am to 5pm USA Central Time (CST) National Hollydays are based on USA calendar (not argentinian national hollydays)

Requisitos:


  • Advanced English level, it ́s a must 5 years minimum previous network administrator, IT systems engineer or IT field engineer experience and/or relevant education. 2 years of experience with Ms. Intune technologies
  • Interpersonal skills: such as video & telephony skills, communication skills, active listening, and customercare.
  • Diagnosis skills of technical issues, advanced troubleshooting skills and ability to provide an RCA.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changes quickly.
  • Technical awareness: ability to match resources to technical issues appropriately.
  • Service awareness of all organization's key IT services for which support is being provided.
  • Understanding of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide IT services.
