Responsibilities:
Manage ticket control systems to address IT-related issues promptly and efficiently. Coordinate delivery and setup of hardware for employees based in Cordoba. Conduct inventory control and maintain accurate records of IT assets. Assist with warehousing tasks related to IT equipment storage and organization. Perform scheduled maintenance tasks on IT equipment to ensure optimal functionality and performance.

Requisitos:

Requirements:
Prior experience in IT support or related fields preferred. Proficiency in ticketing systems and basic IT troubleshooting. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
