About the role
The Monitoring Engineer will be responsible for monitoring high-performance systems. In this role, you will be tasked with migrating an Elastic-based system to a Grafana Cloud-based solution. This will require careful planning, testing, and a thorough understanding of interconnected systems.

Requirements:

Strong technical expertise in monitoring tools, log analysis platforms, APM solutions, and related technologies.
Extensive experience in observability, automation, and performance engineering in a cloudbased environment.
3+ years using Grafana and Prometheus.
Strong operational knowledge of Elastic.
Understanding of how to Monitor Complex Kubernetes deployments.
Experience with performance monitoring in Linux and Kubernetes.
Proficiency with Linux CLI and an understanding of Linux server architecture and operation.
Basic knowledge of Git, GitLab, or GitHub.
Nice to have: RabbitMQ, Kafka, Redis, AWS, Azure, Jira/Confluence.
