Description:
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Virtual Call Center Agents.
As a Virtual Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and assisting customers with inquiries, orders, and issue resolution.
This role offers the flexibility of working remotely from your own home while contributing to a dynamic and collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Assist customers with inquiries and issue resolution
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problemsolving skills
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure quality service delivery
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call quality and customer satisfaction targets
Requirements:

Proficient in advanced-level English language skills:
Exceptional reading, writing, and speaking in English:- At least 1 year of experience as a call center agent or in a similar role
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Stable internet connection and a quiet working environment, you must own a computer and have a dedicated workspace:
- Must be able to work during USA work hours
