Position Overview:
Flxpoint is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team.

As an Account Manager, you will manage contracts and contract changes for customers who remain on the Flxpoint platform after 180 days.

This includes annual renewals, upgrades/downgrades, cancelations and upsell opportunities for 200+ accounts.


Your Mission:


  • Own the sales and upgrade opportunities for accounts after 180 days with Flxpoint, including upselling additional features, modules, or services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations, including executives, decisionmakers, and endusers.
  • Understand clients' business goals, challenges, and pain points, and position Flxpoint's solutions as strategic assets to help them achieve their objectives.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including Customer Success, Product Management, and Technical Support, to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful implementation of upgrades or expansions.
  • Leverage monthly usage data and support tickets to identify upsell opportunities.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, including pipeline activity, conversion rates, and revenue targets.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field; or, relevant experience
  • Prior experience in account management, sales, or customer success roles, preferably in the software or technology industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels of an organization.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to effectively articulate value propositions and overcome objections.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsoriented, with a passion for driving customer success and achieving business outcomes.

Monthly Salary:


  • Salary: $1500
  • USD $2000 (depending on experience)
  • Bonus: up to $1000 per quarter depending on performance.
