Customer Service Representative (Fluent in English)

Responsibilities:

Issue Resolution:
Investigate and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Communication:
Interact professionally and empathetically with customers, demonstrating a high level of verbal and written communication skills in English.

Product Knowledge:

Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's products and services to address customer queries and offer appropriate solutions.

Order Management:
Process customer orders, track shipments, and manage returns efficiently, ensuring accuracy in all transactions.

Technical Assistance:
Assist customers with technical issues related to online services, website navigation, and payment processing.

Feedback Handling:
Gather and convey customer feedback to relevant departments for continuous improvement and product/service enhancement.

Documentation:
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring a thorough and organized approach to issue resolution.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.

Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a role requiring advanced English proficiency.

Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced customer service environment.

Familiarity with customer service software and systems.

Empathy and patience when addressing customer concerns.

Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
