About the position:

The Transaction Management role will be working with an important JLL Corporate Client.

This professional will have the opportunity to learn and get involved with one of our main clients, delivering real estate transactions and strategy services.


Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive real estate strategy and excellence in transaction management delivery.

Responsible for kick-off and management of the entire transaction process for new lease acquisitions, relocations, renewals, rent reviews, subleases, owned property dispositions and early terminations.

Ensure seamless communication, consistent follow up and timely receipt of all deliverables from legal counsel (internal/external), analysts and local brokers.

Collect client requirements, obtain market data, review market reports, retain JLL and non-JLL brokers, oversee site selection and site evaluation.

Manage the creation of RFP's, negotiation of letters of intent, and submission of information required for client's senior management.

Work closely with JLL local teams to get the best results leveraging your knowledge and insights of your client business needs and culture.

Project Tracking and Milestones.
Forecast and track commission revenues and rebates.
Ensure all client processes and templates are adopted and adhered to during project cycle.
Manage communication between client CRE team and JLL in-country specialists.
Report to and update client on activity levels as required.
Ensure timeliness and accuracy of deliverables including timelines, cash flows, presentations and approvals.

Help to present to the client periodic strategic reviews (QBRs) and real estate opportunities such as costs savings plans, best practices, master planning and overall portfolio strategies.

Develop strong peer relationships and gain the confidence of the client.


Requirements:

Real estate professional with experience working in commercial property (experience working with offices and retail is optimal).
A degree holder with a minimum 5 years of real estate experience, preferably with international exposure.
Excellent computer literacy, highly proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Exposure and experience in dealing with multinational corporate organizations.
Possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport.
Commercially aware and financially astute.
Understanding of the real estate transaction process.
Excellent communication skills.
Good financial planning and analytical skills and attention to detail.
Good people management skills
Fluent English.
