We're a uniquely positioned agency // advisory hybrid that works alongside B2B revenue-generating teams in the US. We support a wide array of business focus areas, including sales, marketing, business development, partnerships, operations, and enablement.


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Social Media & Accounts Support Coordinator.


In this role, you will be responsible for managing social media accounts, coordinating campaigns, and creating engaging content for our clients and for JumpSeat. Additionally, you will provide support to our account teams by assisting with various tasks and projects across our client portfolio. This is a dynamic position that requires a combination of social media expertise, project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams.

Responsibilities:


Social Media Coordination:

  • Manage and maintain social media accounts for clients and JumpSeat, including content creation, scheduling, and publishing.
  • Support the accounts team in the development of social media strategies and campaigns to enhance client engagement and reach.
  • Monitor social media channels for both clients and JumpSeat, respond to comments and messages, and address customer inquiries or issues promptly.
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports to clients.

Account Support:

  • Assist account teams with ongoing needs and projects.
  • Conduct data entry and analysis tasks, ensuring accurate and timely input of information.
  • Perform website quality assurance (QA) checks to ensure functionality, usability, and content accuracy.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and research to identify industry trends and opportunities.
  • Support client relationship management efforts by providing necessary support to the Accounts team.
  • Assist in building out our Notion Resource Center, organizing files and content effectively.
  • Maintain and update pages in the Resource Center, ensuring files and information are correctly located.
  • Create new pages as needed to further organize company and client information.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management, preferably in an agency or similar setting.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms like Linkedin, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook & Tiktok and Instagram Threads, best practices, and emerging trends.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms like Canva, Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling.
  • Understanding of social media platforms ads.
  • Understanding of B2B businesses and operations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills: advanced English is a must for this role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in data entry, analysis, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with website QA processes and content management systems.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Experience with Notion or other knowledge management tools is a plus.
