we recruiting for a(n) Maintenance Supervisor Sr, located in Pilar, BA, Argentina Directs the operations of the Maintenance function in a manufacturing environment.

Plans, designs, and is responsible for the reconfiguration, maintenance and alteration of equipment, machinery, building, structures and other facilities.

At this level the role has increased responsibility including, but not limited to, additional skills, multiple lines/products, diverse teams, etc.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Delegates and leads work performed by staff.
Establishes and runs work schedules. Develops plans (work scope, schedule, resource requirements, and so forth) for maintenance activity execution required to meet system demands and business objectives.
Supervises, mentors, develops, evaluates and coaches staff. Implements performance improvement plans as needed. Provides input to and handles departmental budget.
Review expenses and implements cost controls to ensure budget is not exceeded. Obtain and evaluates bids from vendors.
Be responsible for quality and safety of work and timely completion of assigned contract.
Interprets Company policies to staff and carries out safety regulations. Supplies input to department policies and processes.
Participates on special projects as needed.
Monitors production continuously and prepares reports for management.
Takes timely action to correct deficiencies.

QUALIFICATIONS Education:

Engineer degree
