Key Operational Support Role in Tax and Accounting Practices

About the Role

The Engagement Management Services (EMS) team within EY's People Advisory Services provides critical operational support to our Tax and Accounting practices.

We offer a range of services, including:

• Operations management support for complex regulatory affairs across multiple jurisdictions
• End-to-end engagement lifecycle management and reporting standards
• Project management support and cost control for compliance activities across various regions and countries
• Ensuring smooth delivery in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Globally Integrated Team

EY professionals work together from local offices in Americas, EMEIA, and APAC to deliver client expectations. Our central EMS team works closely with this global network to ensure clients' compliance and reporting obligations are met on time.

Your Key Responsibilities

You will work on several client accounts/engagements, delivering all service management aspects of multinational engagements.

• Execute the full scope of activities associated with the Assignee Life Cycle, including client initiations, meeting coordination, communications, document collection and review, writing internal and external communications, adherence to risk management protocols, accuracy, attention to detail, and timeliness in tasks
• Own accountability for performance and quality metrics; SLA/KPI reports, client reporting, escalations, utilisation, and performance metrics
• Identify opportunities to improve quality, business performance, and process efficiency
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects, including research, project management, and data collection activities as required

Requirements

We are looking for advanced students or graduates in Business Administration, Commerce, or Project Management who possess:

• Fluent English language skills
• No previous experience is necessary, but it is considered an added advantage
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Exposure to quality control and risk management processes
• Ability to manage high volumes in a high-pressure environment
• Proven administrative and organizational skills
