JOB SUMMARY:


This role will be responsible for adhering to the programs, policies and procedures that support the performance reporting of employee objectives to goals and outcomes defined in the incentive compensation and or bonus programs.

Responsibilities include research and resolution of first level inquiries and disputes from employees as well as the processing and validation of data elements that contribute to the design and administration of incentive compensation or bonus programs.

In addition, this position will also assist in the reporting, QC and validation of IC deliverables.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • First level triage of inquiries and disputes about incentive crediting
  • Backoffice support for IC services from implementation to project shut down, including data processing, data validation, maintenance of process documentation, and QC of IC deliverables.
  • Setup and configuration of standard Incentive Compensation processes and reporting (i.e., MBOs, goals, etc.) for programs across multiple Pharma clients and therapeutic areas.
  • Setup and maintenance of validation files based on program specifications and process protocols.
  • Performs quality control of tool outputs utilizing SQL, Excel and visualization tools
  • Perform analytics and insights on validation of IC data elements.
  • Assist team members during the Administration process; IC rosters, report generation, QC and report distribution.
  • Meet with IC Management and team members to monitor and review processes to ensure adherence to protocols and timelines.
  • When applicable, prepare detailed workflows or instructions of processes that illustrate the process or operation.
  • Other projects or tasks as deemed necessary by Management.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS (Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)

  • Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, including the ability to utilize standard functions and formulas, create charts and graphs and create pivot tables
  • Proficiency in SQL preferred: basic understanding of relational databases; ability to write basic SQL statements and utilize aggregate functions
  • Ability to set and maintain multiple priorities in a fastpaced and deadlineoriented environment with shifting priorities while providing deliverables in a timely fashion.
  • Must be wellorganized with excellent time management skills, attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to develop/create professionally formatted summary materials (e.g. spreadsheets, tables, charts).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to identify task related issues while simultaneously attending to details.
  • Must be a team player with excellent followup and customer service skills.
  • Must be selfmotivated, results oriented and take ownership of responsibilities.
  • Proactive, goaloriented and able move quickly to resolution.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Education:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, computer science, finance/accounting, or a business-related field.


Minimum Experience:
Minimum of above educational experience with strong data analysis/financial analysis skills; above average Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint) skills. Pharmaceutical, Medical or Incentive Compensation experience preferred but not required.
