Backoffice Abroad is seeking a qualified professional to join its team in the role of
Test Automation Engineer. The Test Automation Engineer will work as part of a passionate agile project team to ensure quality is driven into the heart of the development process. She/he will be involved throughout the development lifecycle with particular responsibility in the quality assurance of software development and deployment, with an emphasis on the development and implementation of test automation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and 5+ years of experience in functional testing and test automation
5+ years of experience leading QA teams
Excellent English and communication skills
Strong knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle
Expertise in Testing Life Cycle and Defect Life Cycle
Have handson experience using Selenium
Knowledge of Java and/or.

NET coding

Strong Database Knowledge
Experience in test data management
Knowledgeable on any of the major QA management tools (ALM, TFS, etc)
Demonstrated ability to lead a diverse team and drive strategy
Experience with Automation Test Cases
Experience with the creation and execution of automation scripts and reports
Strong analytical problemsolving and project management skills
Experience in API Testing

Responsibilities:

Collect team metrics
Handle Internal escalations
Present project status to senior management and stakeholders
Handle client escalations
Communicate clearly and concisely with clients
Provide team status update
Analyze and provide feedback on Requirements with clients
Serve as client's point of contact
Identify risks and issues
Elaborate LOE
Analyze and provide feedback on Requirements internally
Solve issues with support from other teams
Provide status updates
Mentor new team members
Create and present Demo to the client
Validate results
Identify and document defects
Elaborate detailed execution reports

Nice to have:

Experience in Web Services/API testing
UFT, Lean FT, Squish, Cypress tools knowledge
JavaScript, JQuery, VBScript
SQL
Knowledge of C#
Experience with ALM, JIRA, or similar tools
Postman
Kotlin
Spring boot
Cucumber
