PURPOSE
Collaborate in Talent Development Management for staff areas population with worldwide scope.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Support talent development processes such as Talent Committees, Succession Planning, Performance Management and Employee Opinion Survey.
Support and promote initiatives to strengthen employee engagement and reduce voluntary turnover.
Develop a fluid and trusting bond with staff areas population keeping communication channels open.
Partner with people managers to develop talent.
Effectively collaborate with talent development regional teams and HR Business Partners.
Promote the automation of the area's processes.
Follow up main KPIs.

SPECIAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIERED

Education: Human Resources, Industrial Engineering or Administration.
Analytic mindset
Customer service approach
Processes orientation

Teamwork
Project management
Microsoft Excel and Power BI
English advance/upperintermediate
