Responsibilities:

Executive Support: Manage the Executive's calendar, schedule meetings, and daily arrangements with efficiency and discretion.

Project Management: Assist with strategic planning and project management initiatives, providing research, data analysis, and administrative support.

Business Development: Collaborate with the Executive on business development activities, including research, proposal preparation, document preparations, and communication with potential clients and partners.

Meeting Facilitation: Prepare agendas, manage logistics, and handle executive meetings and negotiations as instructed by the Executive.

Administrative Tasks: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks efficiently, including document preparation, expense management, and filing.


Requirements:


  • C1 English Level or Better
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant or Business Management role.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with individuals at all levels.
  • Strong negotiation and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  • High degree of organization, problemsolving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Experience in business development is a plus.
