    All these goals must be achieved in an extremely dynamic environment regarding seasonality and demand peaks, tight schedules, customer needs and always in compliance with country legislation, keeping a balanced approach between an optimal cost, service, and stakeholders' demands.

    Tight collaboration with 3rd party logistics service providers, supply chain and customer service partners is key to optimize and improve making logistics a competitive advantage for Corteva

    What You'll Do:

  • Leads continuous improvement activities on area of functional expertise (transportation mode, carrier management, warehouse management) by calculating and monitoring KPI's to meet or exceed service expectations.
  • Accountable to provide logistics expertise by identifying, analyzing and measuring improvements to key processes and procedures
  • Designs and leads implementation of innovation and continuous improvement program
  • Coordinate processes to ensure the accuracy of all inventory-related activities
  • Lead projects to optimize logistic operations across the region
  • Network with different functions in manufacturing, supply chain and logistics along the business and globally to share and leverage operational logistics knowledge
  • Assure compliance with Responsible Care EHS&S, Legal and Distribution Risk Reviews throughout the organization. Requirements and internal audit goals are reached.
  • Qualifications

    What Skills You Need:

  • BS in Engineering or related technical field
  • Experience supporting supply chain/logistics needs
  • Ability to identify opportunities for improvement
  • English written and verbal communication skills
  • Skills in different software applications (SAP, Excel, PowerBI, etc)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills & teamwork. Ability to establish strong networks, relationships and disciplined communication with key stakeholders.
  • Innovative mindset to create within current organizational constraints, while continuously challenging the status quo for agility as an industry leader
