Backoffice Abroad is seeking a qualified professional to join its team in the role of
SAP Ariba Specialist. This role's about helping to set all the processes to start the migration to SAP Ariba/SAP ECC, and implement these processes in the company.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the integration process of the ERP SAP Ariba
  • Automating and optimizing processes
  • Developing user manuals and technical guides
  • Analyzing a company's existing computer systems, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending solutions to the organization's management team
  • Be a part of the Ariba implementation project across the company
  • Support the team to keep operations running and improve and enhance the functionality in the different projects

Requirements:


  • 5 to 7 years of experience in the area of procurement with ARIBA as the main tool. Any SAP functional knowledge on procurementrelated modules like PM or MM would be a plus.
  • Experience as a SAP Developer (ABAP) would be a plus.
  • Experience with SAP Ariba (different modules). Certification in Ariba Sourcing, Contract, SLP, Buying and Invoicing, or Commerce Automation is a big plus.
  • Experience in the Oil & Gas industry
  • Experience in procurement, business analysis, or strategic analysis
  • Project management (functional) experience to support project timelines, testing, and implementation for all new release testing of procurement software systems
  • Experience developing business process improvements and recommendations based on stakeholder feedback and technology enhancements
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills
  • Ability to perform in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment
  • Proficient in English

Nice to have (Assets):


  • Able to work independently and on multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of Scrum or Agile methodologies
  • Strong experience in Ariba Buying & Invoicing, Ariba Sourcing, Ariba Contracts, and Ariba Supplier modules
