How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?:
The Accounting Analyst reports directly to the Accounting Team Lead.

The primary function is be responsible for a wide range of accounting tasks, including financial analysis, reporting, reconciliations, and compliance.

The analyst will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting strategic financial decision-making.

  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement in financial data.
  • Present financial information to management and provide insights for decisionmaking.
  • Assist in monthend and yearend closing processes.
  • Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Maintain organized and uptodate financial records and documentation.
  • Prepare bank reconciliations statements and general ledger accounts.
  • Prepare monthly journal entries for AL entities and business units
  • Prepare and post journal entries such as standard accruals and adhoc journal entries monthly
  • Execute monthly program to bookandreverse journal entries from the prior month
  • Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations

Are you a MATCH?:


Education
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, International Trade or Business Administration preferred.


Experience & Qualifications
Proven experience as an Accounting Analyst or similar role.

Knowledge in accounting software and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or progress toward certification.

Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.


Knowledge and Skills
Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills

Digital mindset for systems automation and connectivity

Continuous improvement mindset for process improvements

Understanding of financial analysis and statistics

Skills in Google Suite


Language Requirements

English:
Advanced proficiency required [B2/C1]

Spanish mandatory
