Your "day to day":

Business Performance analysis for Brazilian market:

Generate and submit, in timely and accurate manner, PMI reports for budget-long range plan, rolling forecast as well as the Preparation and submission of RF packages (internal systems), while identifying opportunities for business simplification and efficiencies to support the business transformation.
Accounting reconciliation to ensure accuracy on account statements.
Analyze Payroll calculation for budget/rolling forecast to ensure the projections are in line with actual scenarios
Contribute to the preparation of Adhoc PMI and Regional Reporting Requests.
Support in the analysis of strategies to increase profitability (Operating Income, price productivity, expenses, etc.).
Monitor and follow up Business evolution, volume and financials
Analyze industry trends, SOM evolution, competitors' activities in order to assist BP team with meaningful information for decision making process.

Who we're looking for:

CPA, Bachelor ́s Degree or equivalent experience.
3+ years ́ experience in similar positions in multinational companies.
Ability to communicate (written and verbal) fluently in Portuguese and English.
Excel and PowerPoint tools, Management SAP, Power BI (is a plus)
Proactive profile, able to work in dynamic environments, with strong problemsolving competencies.
Experience gathering and analyzing data to effect meaningful changes. Fast learner, proactive to identify gaps in finance processes, and offer ideas for continues improvement.
