Mission:
- Provide commercial assistance to companies of the Solay Group, local and abroad, in local and indent sales operations. Direct assistance to clients. Processing of purchase orders, tracking of shipments, monitoring and control of documentation. Collection management. Generation of different types of reports.
We count on you for:
- Coordinating, managing and monitoring import and resale operations, at all stages.
- Updating all records in the system, maintaining the flow of information between the parties and their quality, both in time and form, in order to guarantee that at each stage of the processes, the level of service is the same. expected both for external customers and intracompany.
- Reception and monitoring of customer purchase orders, verify plant planning, delivery times and timely information to customers of these stages.
- Coordination of dispatches to clients.
- Ensure that Solvay's policies are met in relation to minimum billing levels per order, review of sales prices to the customer in the system vs. the customer's purchase order, delivery times, payment terms.
- Follow up on all claims, according to the corrective actions established by the commercial managers.

You will bring:
- Experience in Customer Service positions with commercial experience in Purchasing (desirable), Import and/or Sales departments, at least 5 years
- Experience in multinational companies in the chemical industry (preferable)
- Preferably University and/or tertiary degree preference in Trade, Logistics, correlated areas.
Desired Technical Skills:
- SAP management knowledge
- Language: Intermediate English and desirable Portuguese.
- Knowledge: Google Tools / Excel
