Meta Ads Specialist & Social Media Manager (Part-Time | Remote)
We're looking for a skilled and results-driven Meta Ads Specialist & Social Media Manager to join our growing team on a part-time basis, with the potential to transition into a full-time role.
What You'll Do
You'll own our paid social strategy on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), managing campaigns end-to-end — from audience research and creative briefing to optimization and reporting. On the organic side, you'll manage our social media presence, develop content calendars, engage with our community, and ensure brand consistency across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta ad campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) with a focus on performance and ROI
- Monitor ad spend, analyze KPIs, and provide regular performance reports with actionable insights
- Develop and manage social media content calendars across platforms
- Write copy and coordinate with designers/creators for ad and organic content
- Grow and engage our online community
- Stay current on Meta algorithm changes, trends, and best practices
- A/B test creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve results
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience running Meta Ads campaigns with measurable results (please include portfolio or case studies)
- Solid understanding of Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and Pixel setup
- Strong copywriting and communication skills in English
- Experience managing brand social media accounts organically
- Analytical mindset — comfortable reading data and making decisions from it
- Self-starter who can work independently in a remote setting
Nice to Have
- Experience with other paid platforms (TikTok Ads, Google Ads)
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe)
- Experience with scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.)
Details
- Part-time to start (~20 hrs/week), with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role
- Remote / flexible hours
